As a business committed to sustainability, the majority of our products are crafted on-demand to minimize production waste. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Allure Craze offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Please note that Allure Craze will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for a replacement with an extra charge.
